Redstone glitches out after a while

Hello, for some reason when I'm playing on this server, my creeper farm which uses redstone repeaters on a clock glitches out. Only one repeater is supposed to be on at a time, but after a while, all of them turn on. The redstone repeaters are supposed to go like this: X=on Y=is going to turn on O= off

XYO
O O
OOO

but it turns into:

XXX
X X
XXX
I'm not sure if this is an issue with Aternos itself or Minecraft, but I still want to ask for help.
