Please add this plugin.
Even though it isn't on spigot, it is a direct download to the plugin.
It would be very helpful for my server (and probably others too.)

it needs to be on spigot or sites like it, this is because (from what i know) the way the current system works is whenever there is an update it pulls the file from the spigot automatically and gives it the version name ect and if they were to add this they would have to manually add every update

This plugin does not have 'updates' it is just a plugin to migrate to LuckPerms from PowerRanks (which I need to do)

I tried, but it said invalid website.. because the plugin is on Jenkins.
But I need it for my server
i'll have to start from scratch for those perms if it isn't added
