SERVER NOT WORKING

I started a pixelmon server and nothing happens when i click start it just says starting and nothing happens i waited atleast 30 minutes yet nothing happens please help

I think they are going to remove it or add a different pixelmon pack, but idk. It hasn't been working for a while now
