Can't connect to my own server

When I try to connect to my server it says, "java.net.ConnectExeption: Connection refused: no further information:"
My friend blew up a bunch of tnt and my game crashed and his did too...so I restarted the server, but now we can't connect.

Try the Dynamic IP of your server
I'm noticed that a lot of Aternos Users is having problem with the servers
Maybe is something with Aternos

How much TNT was it? It is possible that your world is corrupted now because of the massive amounts of TNT.
