Not able to ping server

I am facing some issues and I am not able to connect to the server. All my friends can do it and I am left behind. When the server is offline, then I can ping it and it shows, "This server is offline. Powered by Aternos". But as soon as the server goes online, I am not able to ping it or connect to it. Sometimes I get different IP in the ping for eg. mink.aternos.host:22369. But, if I try it all the time to connect with that ping, then it doesn't work. And sometimes, I don't know how but I can ping the server when it is online. And sometimes, restarting my pc, changing wifi, restarting Minecraft, clearing the DNS cache, or restarting the router also doesn't help. Please help me out.
