You can just reinstall your server as well, but all the progress would be lost.

is their anyway i can get my accoutn removed, so i can create a new one and try that. also, is it possible for u to see my world save and see if anythings wrong with it, because i really don`t wanna restart
is it possible its not working because i changed my minecraft IGN?

You can delete your account, but if you want to create a new account you can just reinstall your server as well, that's what I'm trying to tell you. You can download your world save with the download button. Your Minecraft ingame name has nothing to do with your Aternos server.
