Maybe the world is so big it can't start up? But then I remember its a skyblock. So the world may never know 
Or at least not until someone else replies 
Did you check the server console yet?
The last line of the text makes it seem like the server shut it self down for whatever reason cones after that last line
There seems to be a problem with the mod pack I don't have any fixes for at the moment.
There are currently no problems with the on aternos available modpacks.
All modpacks and versions available on aternos work as they should!

To delete a file, go to files and plugins and click the little trash can next to the file you want to delete.
Select the mod pack and install it again. Your world should stay, but do not click on "Reinstall".
What exactly didn't work? The reinstallation of the mod pack, or does the initial problem still persists?
You should check the server console for additional error messages and search for solutions on Google or something.
Just try to download the map and make a new aternos account and then upload the world to the new account
