Plugin Suggestion

Can you please add the ToggleChat plugin? It's free and when I want to suggest the plugin it doesn't let me I need it so please add it's useful for other players as well and it's the only plugin I found that allows u to toggle global chat! here is the link to the plugin: https://www.spigotmc.org/resou…hat-and-pms-msg-off.8347/

When I suggest the plugin it says

The URL you entered is not a valid plugin/mod URL.
But as u see u can click the link I sent and the plugin is available
