I can't connect to my server I tried so many times already
and I checked the x mark
even though I have all the mods that are installed in the server and this pops up when I join the server
and it was working fine the day before so please tell me how to fix this 
Do you use Tlauncher?
try doing _______.aternos.me:*port*
eg. RedReaper21.aternos.me:12345
Well then there's only one solution really:
don't use tlauncher.
