Server Map won't upload?

Okay, So last time I couldnt log in to aternos, So I had to use chrome instead of firefox. But this time I got another problem. It's a problem I've had for years now, One day I just couldn't upload maps to my server, So I usually play on my friends server when we play maps, But somehow 'Diversity' a map won't upload for him, So I tried mine and it doesn't work/

So here are my questions:
Why can't I upload maps to my server? (Do I have to enable options? My friend's map uploading works perfectly fine.)
Why can't my friend upload Diversity to his server? (He might be doing it wrong, But I don't know why.)

Diversity is an adventure map. Oddly, many adventure maps can't be uploaded to Aternos because they contain files a map usually does not have.

Aternos doesn't let you upload a map if it is over 50 MB.

We raised our limit to 100MB some months ago.

I had a world that i downloaded so i could play a parkour map with my friends and now it won't let my upload it back. The size of it is 195ish MB which is well over the 100 MB limit I recently learned about. So is there any way i can still upload my world / make it small enough to be uploaded?

You can try to delete unused chunks with MCEdit.
