Server not letting me, nor my friends in it

Hello! Whenever I try to join my modded server it crashes me and gives this error message.

I went into the servers console to maybe get an idea of what the problem is and I found this:

[09:04:52] [Server thread/INFO]: oscarmoment lost connection: Internal Exception: io.netty.handler.codec.EncoderException: java.lang.NullPointerException

I am playing with all the mods installed with the correct versions and on paid Minecraft. Singleplayer with the mods works fine. The mods are:

EDIT: Forgot to mention, it's 1.16.5 fabric.

I have checked the versions, reinstalled the mods multiple times and it still has the same problem.

Alright, I went back to an older version of Requiem and it started working.
