Software change without losing world or player inventory

I need to change the sofware of my atenos server from paper bukkit to spigot bukkit , will this do any change to my server world or to the player,player inventory

You can easy save your world at "Worlds" and upload it again after the software change. I dont think you can save items, but you can put them into chests, and they will be saved with the world.
