Server stuck on loading

Please help me! I'm trying to start an aternos server with no modpacks but however its stuck on the loading screen and after a while it goes offline! What do I do? Help me

Can you post whatever it says in the console or logs? Are you giving it enough time to load? Did you choose a version of mc and install it on your server?
