I Can't Get On My Server!!!

    I see other people are posting the same thing about not being able to get on their server. I opened the console and it said...
    "[01:38:56] [Server thread/INFO]: Server permissions file permissions.yml is empty, ignoring it

    [01:38:56] [Server thread/INFO]: Starting GS4 status listener"
    Is this a problem with the DNS??? Idk but also someone logged on my server today and ive never shared my server IP with anyone...
    he kept logging in and out. IDK< PLZ HALP! ;(
