What is happening?? (server overload)

    Okay, so basically, I am using aternos to make a server, I have recently got a notification saying it can't keep up/overloaded.

    When I attempt to connect I get this error "Disconnected" or a java socket error.

    My questions are:


    1. Is this a plugin doing this?

    2. If not, How can I help increase space without major changes (e.g deleting worlds, plugins are fine to go)

    3. Will my server be corrupted? (I made a backup)
