Me and my friends were trying to play sky factory 3 and when they first made it I joined fine then the next day when I tried to get on it wouldn't let me it says java.net.ConnectException: Connection Timed out: no further information: but sometimes it works but mostly doesn't work.
Cant connect to my sever or any of my friends sky factory 3 sever

What launcher do you use?
Do you have the Official Minecraft Launcher?
Does it work with the server DynIP? (read https://aternos.org/connect)

I use the official laucher
I tried the dynIP but doesn't work
but sometimes it will let me in the sever but sometimes not.
Does it work if you change your DNS? Read: https://developers.google.com/speed/public-dns/docs/using
It also says in the log
