I can't download geyser for 1.16.5. There should be more versions options

Aternos (and Geyser) only support the latest version. You can use the latest Geyser version on 1.16.5 by using the plugin ViaVersion.

Could you explain how to use Viaversion to make the server work with the lastest version of Geyser?
