Unable To Join Server

This keeps happening every time i try to join my modded server. I'm using 1.16.5 forge but this text recently starting coming up about 2 days ago.

even tried using the DYN IP and it still didn't work.

Is there anything else i can do to fix this problem? I've played mods on 1.16.5 before, yet this started happening recently and i don't know how to fix the problem.

I did this, and sent everything i needed to, though i haven't gotten any help back.
