modded blocks invisible/glitched + only affects certain players

hi so my friends and i have a modded aternos server and theres this really weird issue going on that i started having 3 days ago and that my other friend started experiencing today (theres two other people on the server who havent experienced it) but what happens in that some blocks become invisible and some become weirdly glitched (its mainly the modded ones i think) weve tried lots of things to fix this - uninstalling minecraft, reinstalling all the mods, tried different versions of fabric api, deleting player data etc but nothing seems to work but nothing has worked at all

i would if we didnt so heavily depend on them like you can see in the screenshots half of our town is made with modded blocks
