    World reset on startup. Is recovery possible?

    basically this, but on a friend's server, and the server just auto restarted instead of shutting down. asking because there wasn't anyone from aternos who responded here, but a sidenote as the server was ocasionally bugging out the textures with white and a few visual glitches there and there and it took a LONG time to shut and start up though when it was started up after the crash

    1.16.5 for minecraft version
    36.1.0 for forge version
