I put a custom resource pack but it won't work. The link is entered is: https://www.dropbox.com/s/d0nuyxl9vsjuaov/smpack.zip?dl=0.
I have already tried using dl=1, won't work.
The structure is like this:

The pack was probably not created 100% correctly.
While such packs work on single-player Minecraft is more strict with server packs.
Unfortunately I'm not familiar enough with resource packs to tell you what exactly is invalid.
