I crash and the server shuts down when i log in the server

Hi i was exploring the world but then i lagged suddenly and went out of the server also the server shut downed or turned itself off, my friends believed that it was a corrupted chunk that i spawned in everytime. This happened before once but i had a world saved and uploaded the previous save. the problem is we had so much progress.. and i dont want to re upload that old save nor to delete my player data since i have all my good stuff in there. Please im begging you help me out..
