My server has magically disappeared

My server has literally disappeared from my server list in my Aternos account, just like someone had deleted it. Nobody has played on this server for some time, the last time it was launched was in May this year. When I went to https://aternos.org/servers, there was only the "Create a new server" tab. When I typed the server's IP into Minecraft, "⚠ Error" was displayed (screenshot below).
