I can't access my server and the log doesn't really explain what is failing

    I'm having trouble joining my modded server, this had never happened before. I just updated all the mods and the client and server forge versions to 1.16.5 (my server used to be 1.16.4) so idk if that's part of the problem but this message appears:


    Internal Exception: java.lang.IndexOutOfBoundsException: readerIndex(1) + length(1) exceeds writerIndex(1): PooledUnsafeDirectByteBuf(ridx: 1, widx: 1, cap: 1)


    And i searched that exact error but couldn't find a thread that had the same message and problem :( pls help
