please at the version 4.5 of this plugin its a plugin for kingdomwands http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/kdwands/ its updated 09/07/2016 its a plugin from the dutch ddg server it includes now more wands than the 3.0 update

usually plugins update themselves automatically, but in this case the updates are only available on bukkit, but the plugin is added with the spigot link.
Should be no problem to fix and a team member will do it as soon as possible

I added the DevBukkit one, but for some reason it still only shows the old updates…

It seems that there are some issues with the versioning of the plugin.
The plugin is listed at BukkitDev as version 4.5. Directly in the code of the plugin it is announced as version 2.1.This issue can only be fixed by the plugin creator by correcting the version number directly in the plugin (plugin.yml). Sorry for the inconvenience.
