RENDER DISTANCE

Actually i need a little help.
I want to know how to change the render distance of server
for example, in the server folder, the file that opens with Notepad format

can you be able to do this forme me, i really work in my word for weeks, and a lot of thing doesn't work because the render distance, i just need the render about 11-12, can i be a exception ?
