Can't connect to aternos server using my own internet

everytime I try to join any aternos server I get a message like this:

Connection Lost
Hi! (username)
You are trying to connect to (server)
Connect to (server)
Why? Read this: aternos.org/connect

Using a VPN solves the issue but it's too laggy to the point where it's unplayable. I've changed my DNS or whatever. Can someone please help me on this?

Yes, I use TLauncher. My friend that uses TLauncher can join it but I can't.
I tried changing DynIP but it still doesn' work.
