Have you checked the console for any additional information and / or error messages?

Before joining your server make sure it has finished its starting process. Also make sure to type in the correct IP address.

The IP is correctly wrote (I entered a lot of times before) and it was online. (Now I can't start my server, it say Aternos servers are temporally out of service
) -
Just try to start your server later again as soon as our file servers are working again.
