Why do monsters not spawn naturally on my server?

    During night time there are only 2 types of monsters that spawn.


    I have the option "spawn-monsters=true" on :(


    Is it because of the mods I have?


    Here is the list of mods I have. The only 2 monsters that spawn are normal witch and bound soul that comes from the mod "Treasure 2" which spawns nearby graveyards.


    There are no zombies, creepers and skeletons etc. (Animals spawn just fine!)

    i tried removing the "Treasure 2" mod, but it didn't solve the issue. The monsters do not spawn even with only biomes o plenty.


    Can somebody help? ;(
