I tried this How do I set cheats on my world? /op yourself in console
But got no results
I tried with server On/Off

Server 1.10.2 Vanilla
Survival

You have to type /op YourPlayername into the server console while your server is online (and the starting process is finished). If that doesn't work, what error message do you get when issuing the command?
