SERVER KEEPS CRASHING AFTER A FEW MINUTES and also cant see anybodys ranks in chat or the motd

My server keeps crashing after people join for 2 minutes and also i and the other people on my server cant see the ranks in chat or the modt. Please help, this is a public server and people are dming me like crazy on discord

Okay I did that and it doesnt crash but I cant see the ranks, I will just redownlaod Poweranks that should fix it right

I gave everyones rank back and now everyone is member
