Connection Reset 5-10 seconds after joining

    While playing, the server suddenly lagged very much. After rejoining, we would then keep falling out of the world, lose our skins, "lose" our items, and then, disconnect to the error of "Internal Exception: java.net.SocketException: Connection Reset." On the logs, it would say we were kicked due to keepalive timeout. Some of us can join properly but most cannot. What could be the cause of the problem and how can we fix it?

    As you can see here every time someone tries to join there's a problem with EssentialsXMPP and sometimes with EssentialsGeoIP so I think it's worth a try removing them. I don't think you actually use them for something since the log says they're not configurated.

    I also tried to make a new server, clean and all. It still had the same problem as our current server, so I wouldn't think it would have something to do with the plugins.
