but the problem is the world? because a helper told us that it was the ice and fire mod, but we deleted it and it continued with the problem...

I already see it and if I let myself in, but there is no way to solve the problem with the other world?

I can't guarantee you the below solutions will work but you can give it a try:
1)Put your server difficulty on peaceful for the time being and see if the server crashes
2)Remove the mods one by one to see which one maybe causing your server to crash.
3)If both the solution above don't work for you then the only option left is to regenerate the world
