server goes starting and stopping right after

Hello guys,
I got a little problem with my server.
It just waits in de queu like normal, it says starting, it takes a while, then the server goes stopping right after with no time to join.
This happened the last three days, I had this before but it fixed itself after a day, now it doesn't.
Help me please

this is my second account on aternos, my first won't register to the forum.
but the problem is on both accounts

It does occur on both accounts.
Some friends of mine tried to start the server on their computer as well and they faced the same problem

i reinstalled the server and it just does the same
