Code/op YourPlayernameinto the server console while your server is online.

If your server running you find it on the 'My Server'-Page.

That's why you have to type it into the server console that you can find at the My server page.

It's the page where you manage your server. There you scroll down until you find the console button. Click on that button and the console will open.
