Server keeps crashing whenever any player tries to join

Hi, im new to this but my server always crashes whenever someone tries to join? It's a custom modpack with 76 mods in it, I've tried generating a new world n stuff but it doesn't really work. I've tried reinstalling each mod and the forge thing too. The server turns on just fine but whenever a player tries to join it crashes. Here's the log: https://mclo.gs/R2yocSs

I fixed the server crashing on startup and whenever a player joins, but now it's the problem of every player joining and it working for a couple of seconds before they get timed out. Is there any way to fix this? Is this a network issue with me running the server or?

I've checked every mod and it's identical to the server side mods, and im able to play the server for about 30 seconds pretty fine until i get timed out. Is there any other things that could cause this?

Note, "pretty fine" as in its laggy as hell to the point i break blocks and it takes like 10 seconds for it to process that it's broken

Another note, after i do anything the server straight up crashes.
