I was playing on my server and logged off, the next day it was giving me crashes with Mixin apply failed imm_ptl_peripheral_mixins

Try installing https://aternos.org/software/v/forge/1.16.5-latest

Can you try installing the latest version of all the mods and if that doesn't work share your updated log

Ok so I just noticed in the screenshot you sent that you have an 1.16.3 version mod. Please only use 1.16.5 version mods and if it crashes then share your log

the cfm mod is for 1.16.5, 1.16.4 and 1.16.3

Try removing mod by mod to see which mod was causing the issue
