Whenever i join my server it closes it, it doesnt crash from the looks of it.

Did you install the Server pack or the Client Pack on the server?

I hope you know you can install the server pack manually on the server. You can only choose the modpack from the modpack section.

You need to remove the Ticking entity as the server is crashing due to it. You can run /kill @e in the console to remove it or, if you can't do it, download the world and kill the entity in singleplayer then upload the world again

That looks like an Eldritch Mobs creature. You may want to remove that mod.

There is no need to remove the mod

Not currently, although that mod is creating ticking entities. It may still be a good idea to remove the mod, to prevent further crashes/lag.
