Running server from pc and aternos

Would it be possible to run a server from both a pc and as an aternos server. Could they update eacht other.

My friends and i have a aternos server but we often run into a lot of lag because the lack of ram. What we wanted to do is that one of us can run the server from his pc so that it will run more smoothly. But because his pc wont always be on we also want to keep the possibility to run the server from aternos. So would it be possible to run the server on aternos but have it update the files on his pc so that if we run the server with his pc's power we run on the same server. And vice versa if we run the server on his pc the files on aternos will also update. I know this may not be possible but it thought id ask.
