Citizens Command Not working 1.8.9

    I am starting a server with some plugins. All the plugins work fine except for the citizens plugin. I don't know what to do and I really need your help!

    If a plugin is red in the /plugins list means that the plugin has errored while startup.
    If you have any issues with your server please always attach the log.
    After your server has started click on Log and then in the right upper corner on BBCode.
    Then copy the complete page content into your post. After submitting the post it looks like this:



    Without a error log it is very hard for us to help.


    In the log you can see the following message:

    This means that you have not installed the right plugin version for your installed mc version.

    I didn't see an error code on citizens. I only saw on for another plugin called AdminFun. If I did download the wrong version, which version of citizens would be compatible for 1.8.9?
