I just ask you about the customs versions Spigot / Forge / CraftBukkit, etc ...

I JAVA Developer and I look for a Minecraft server that allowed me to test my changes Spigot and can even test my plugins I develop.

So I try your server that are good!
But I soon remarked that your Panel did not propose me to upload a custom version of Spigot or upload my plugins.

So here's my question: Can I upload my projects?
If so, can you give me the means of uploads?
If not, can you give me a proper answer?

i don't think they can't add custom plugin versions
why not request the plugins?

There is currently no possibility to upload your personal plugins.
But you can, and this is the normal way plugin developers test their plugins(if you are not called @Jonas :'D ), install a spigot server on your computer. There are many tutorials in the internet how you do that.
You can export the plugin right into the plugins directory without moving, renaming and uploading your plugin to any testing environment.
