server didnt save

    So me and my friends were playing and then the server suddenly crashed, after that i tried to restart it but it took too long and i got impatience, i force stopped it with /stop command in console, then after that i put in a bunch of plugins, and then when i started the server. the server didnt save?? it saved to our last save (before it crashed i had full iron tools, after it crashed i noticed my tools were stone and our progress were all gone) so i tried to remove the plugins i added and restarted a bunch of times but nothing works, please help
    (also i didnt create any backups)

    There is no way to restore the stuff you lost without backups
