Server doesn't crashes, but does it anyway logging off everybody

I've been playing with some friend in a server i made. But each some time the server doesn't reaction when we break block or hit mobs, some minutes later it disconnects us with "timed out" message. The server won't allow us to join again due apparently we are still playing. So we have to restart it. It's weird due we already had used the majority of the mods without any problem.

GuestGuy apparently the first command doesn't exists, the second one I'm not sure if it's /ping AshesAverration.aternos.me, didn't work any

I tracked the problem, I realized that it only happens when there are two players and one of them is exploring any place, but that place isn't loading
