Server Won't Start

So, Custom Npcs was updated today to 1.9.4. As soon as it was updated, my server didn't start. I probably waited 200 minutes in total for all the times I tried opening the server, but it still didn't work.

I have a custom world in my server, but it's only 13MB.

Every mod is tested before it is released.
And i just tested it again.

Okay, it's fine. It was the world that wasn't working with the server.

After updating a mod you usually have to type "/fml confirm" into the console when you're asked for it, then it will proceed with the starting process.
