I want to change my bedrock software to PocketMine BUT it will delete my old server which has done alot of progress. The main question is that if you download a server and upload it will you keep the players Inventory or will it just delete the inventory?

You can't use bedrock worlds on pocketmine, downloading your world and uploading it to pocketmine will just crash the server.

You either stay on Bedrock and use the same world, or delete your world and change to Pocketmine.
