Plugins in cracked server

Just want to ask that can my plugins still work normally if I set my server as cracked.

A few friends who use TLaucher want to join my server so I need to set it as cracked.

Because i used the AwakenSMP plugin and when i killed a player it said player not found. I'm not sure whether this has something to do with the cracked mode.
