Me and my friends are playing on an aternos server thats modded, I was wondering if anyone can help explain or tell why all players can't open their inventories in survival? Is this just a thing that we're experiencing or do people know how to fix it, please assist!

Remove the mods one by one from your server.
Every time you remove a mod from your server, you need to restart it, then check if the problem still occurs.
If the problem doesn't occur anymore, know that it was probably due to the mod you last removed. -
