I would like to ask if there is a way to have more ram on a server.Also can you give me some tips on how to get a faster server?(Except from plugins and ways to improve my internet connection).

RAM is allocated dynamically by our system. Just make sure not to grow your world very large or build heavy redstone machines or animal / mob farms.
