I added StopGen plugin to my server but it isn't unpacking. Im seeking for solution.

As i said the plugin isn't unpacking, in plugins folder theres only .jar file. There's no config file or everything.

I already did that, in fact i am playing on it right now. I was restarting and starting it couple of times but nothing seems to work.
