To whom it may concern,
1. Once I the "waiting in queue" is done do I ever have to do it again? For example, if there is no activity on the server does it just shut down?
2. Today I got on to see that server was down, so I decided to start it back up again and had to wait in a 59 min queue just to repeat the process. If the server doesn't correctly start and it defaults it back to the "waiting in queue" how am I suppose to troubleshoot what is wrong? Do I leave it up to your support team or do I have to try something every 1hr or so?
On a side note, I am very grateful for the service you provide!
